Rotary Pollachi’s Covid Relief Measures
Rotary Pollachi is very actively involved in providing Covid related support and relief materials to people in and around Pollachi and Valparai. We actively pursue the below activities.
1. Support to Pollachi GH, Valparai GH, PHCs, Covid Care Centers
We provide Face masks, hand gloves, sanitizer, oxymeter, oxygen cylinder, N95 masks, Wheelchair, bedsheets, face shields, O2 mask, O2 flow meter, glucometer, plastic chairs, etc as per the requirements
2. We run a Community Kitchen and provide boiled egg, chicken soup, and herbal soup to 200 people every day
3. We run a Crematorium on subsidized rates and cremate people who die due to Covid 19 every day
